EcL culture collection

We have a collection of over 10,000 E. coli strains isolated from clinical cases of disease in various animal species, mostly pigs, from 1979 to the present time. We are in the process of characterizing and cataloguing a growing number of these strains. Each strain is accompanied by a data sheet describing the virotype, serotype and origin of the strain. You will be required to sign a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA), stating that the strain(s) will be used only for research purposes and will not be used for other reasons or transferred to other persons without written permission from the EcL.
